I agree with the others that we do NOT have the option to change photo.  In my admin.atlassian.com, there is NO Directory.  Look at my image @ https://ibb.co/CsM1cTd

It still does not work either, changed it several times, and anyway after a couple of minutes avatar was reseted to nothing.

Glad to hear this feature has eventually received attention. But unfortunately I can't find the option to change the user avatar from the "Show details" command. If you require further proof I can send a screenshot

Thank you for your patience, Organisation admins can now update users avatar. From your organization at admin.atlassian.com, select Directory > Managed accounts. Next to an individual account, click Show details to open the managed account’s page to change the avatar.

We have users who have left the company, and we'd like to replace their profile pictures with a generic company logo or other generic user picture instead of calling attention to their old profile pictures. Without this feature, we can't do that.
