Steps to Reproduce
Go to User Management
Make sure that 'Active Users' and 'Inactive Users' are unchecked
Select 'System Users'

Expected Results
The list of users should show only System Users (as Active and Inactive users are unchecked)

Notes

The result when selecting system users only are redundant as you can achieve the same result if the user select Active Users + System Users
