Summary

User receive email about verifying their domain as they are using custom Atlassian password policy. They are not able to verify Cloud or non-HTTPS support domains

Workaround

Domain verification is not for Cloud domains (acme.atlassian.net) but for personal email domains (acme.com). Non-HTTPS supported domains are also not supported. Please refer to our public facing KB below for more indepth details on the domain verification feature.
