Problem Definition

Currently, an audit request is required in the database by support to see a list of users who have not logged in for a period of time. These users can be taking up licenses in the system unnecessarily.

Suggested Solution

Introducing the ability to specify a length of time where if a user has not logged in past that time, they are temporarily deactivated, freeing up the license.
