            Thanks for the update! Does this apply for re-sending invitation to JSD Customers too - could you tell where we can find this option? Or only to Jira users?

            Adarsh, will you please provide direction to where this functionality is available in the new Admin experience? I'm searching and unable to find it or any supporting documentation.

            Thank you all for your patience. We recently rolled out new Admin experience for Jira and Confluence cloud and we now support Admins to re-invite users when the user hasn't joined the site. Please feel free to raise this issue again if you feel this issues is still not resolved.

            This is not just "in the case where they were not received for whatever reason." The updates Atlassian has made to their User Creation includes the option to not send the user an invitation email right away, and "When you're ready, you will be able to resend an invite to the user from the Users list." But this functionality doesn't exist. I can't find anything under User Management that lets me do this. Did Atlassian actually not implement it??
