Issue Summary

The Norwegian translation for canned response variables contains spelling and terminology errors:

• Arbeidssnøkkel (Work item key) -> Should be fixed to Arbeidsnøkkel (extra 's')

• Arbeidsssammendrag (Summary) -> Should be fixed to Arbeidssammendrag (extra 's')

• Be om status -> Should be changed to forespørselstatus to align with previous localization updates (I18N-4620).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the Jira Service Management user or system language to Norwegian (Norsk).
2. Open any issue or request in Jira Service Management and navigate to the canned responses menu/variables dropdown.

Expected Results

The variable names should be spelled correctly and aligned with recent localization updates:

• Work item key: Arbeidsnøkkel

• Summary: Arbeidssammendrag

• Request status: forespørselstatus (in alignment with https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/I18N-4620)

Actual Results

The Norwegian translations contain typos and inconsistent terms:

Work item key is rendered as Arbeidssnøkkel (extra 's')

Summary is rendered as Arbeidsssammendrag (extra 's')

Request status is rendered as Be om status

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
