Improvement in German translation for opting in/out of notifications in JSM customer portal.

      Currently, in the JSM customer portal, for German-language users, the options to opt in or out of notifications are labelled as "Keine Benachrichtigungen erhalten" and "Benachrichtigungen erhalten".

      An improvement was adopted in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/I18N-3495.

      However, this is still confusing and misleading for some users, and suggested changing the translations to the following:

      • “Benachrichtigungen aktivieren” – Action to enable notifications
      • “Benachrichtigungen deaktivieren” – Action to disable notifications
