The Locked system fields are not translated to English language

      Problem statement:
      The system locked fields like Request Type, has to be translated to English.
      Checked that in the general system settings the default language is English, the browser language is English, the project default language is English however this specific fields is still showing up in French.

      Please refer to the attached screenshot
