            Well, the end of 2024. Is there any decision regarding the introduction of the Latvian language?

            So, it's 2024 but translation in Latvian is still in backlog. While I can choose smaller languages for interface as Estonian, Slovenian, Icelandic - no luck with Latvian.

            It's a pity when Jira is moving to cloud-only option but can't provide proper language interfaces for customers. There is machine translation available for faster translation jobs and also customers willing to help but priority is low and no foreseeable roadmap.

            Can this be implemented in nearest future? There are lot of Jira users in Latvia.

            I understand your frustration. Please be assured I didn't simply close the ticket. As explained, we monitor language requests closely. At the moment, there's unfortunately nothing that can be done by the localization team. We appreciate the offer to help with translations, but the issue is around supporting those languages within our products (localization).

            I just don't understand - you simply close the issue even your customers offer help with translations? We are looking to expand usage of Jira Service Desk for our clients, but non-Latvian interface is issue I am getting complaints.
