Jira Link counter on a Confluence page Garbled

Steps to replicate

1. Install a fresh new confluence 6.5
2. Set user language to Россия
3. Do a encoding test, and noticed the rest result was fine:
   
4. AppLink the instance and create a jira link
5. View issue is affecting jira links in confluence

Expected Result

The top Jira link counter on the Confluence page should be properly interpreted into the User Profile's selected language even when there are two or more Jira links on the page.
