strings in ENGLISH - "Time to resolution" and "Time to first response"

SLA strings "Time to resolution" and "Time to first response" appear in English for all languages. Chinese Simplified and English screens attached for reference.

Strings show as translated in Transifex BE, but the below could be coming from another location:
sd.report.initial.time.to.first.response
sd.report.initial.time.till.resolved
sd.report.initial.time.to.resolution
sd.sla.metric.time.to.resolution.name
