      Summary

      Valid URLs that do not end with a standard top-level domain can fail to be made into a clickable link

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Paste URL that does NOT end in a common TLD (.com, .net, .org, etc.) Example: http://testsite.local:7990
      2. Send message

      Expected Results

      URL is parsed and made clickable in the room

      Actual Results

      Sent as plaintext and not clickable
