Summary

Local links / short links, and some valid URLs that contains certain top level domains are not clickable

Environment

HipChat 4.0.1634 or later for Windows
HipChat 4.0.1634 or later for Linux
HipChat 4.0.9 or later for Mac

Steps to Reproduce

Enter a short link : http://address/
OR, enter a valid local address: https://stash.faketestsite.local
OR, enter a valid URL with certain TLDs: https://fakecompanytest.codes

Expected Results

Once posted to the chat it becomes clickable

Actual Results

Its rendered as normal text
