Summary

Upload file with % in name will cause the user to lose all room history messages.

Environment

• Web Client
• Mac 4.0
• Windows 4.0

Step to reproduce

1. Create a file example name : foo-%-bar.txt
2. Open web client or desktop client
3. Attach file in rooms
4. Attached file won't show up
5. Restart client
6. Room history is gone and can't see user online or files tab

Expected Results

Attach file should be able to upload and vieable

Actual Results

Room history is gone and can't see online user or files tab

Workaround

1. Login as admin in HipChat.com
2. Go to Group Admin > rooms
3. Select the affected rooms > Chat history
4. Locate the upload file message and delete it.
5. Restart client
