Summary
Enable "--disable-gpu" on Windows client causes client to consume higher CPU when animated gif, emoticons displayed
Environment

Steps to Reproduce
- Apply the workaround to enable "--disable-gpu" on Windows client
- Open a HipChat room with nothing but static images
- Enter an animated emoticon (for example:
)
- Observe the CPU usage of HipChat before and after viewing the emoticon
Expected Results
CPU usage on the Windows client is stable
Actual Results
CPU usage on Windows client increases with more emoticons under one page.
Workaround
Disable "Animated avatars" and "Turn text emoticons into images" in settings.
