My Boss cannot receive message about required payment for Atlassian products (~70kUSD) via HipChat

Use case

1. Atlassian product licenses expires (as expected)
2. Responsible person (me) via HipChat send to boss message, that we needs to pay 70kUSD to Atlassian (including Jira & HipChat & Confluence)
3. Boss DO NOT receive this message via HipChat.
4. So Boss DO NOT want to buy HipChat License, because from His point of view HipChat does not works, and it is actually true form Boss point of view

Bug cost: loose of customer which pay for HipChat a lot of money (~12kUSD).

Explanation of bug:

Boss usually not in office and use most off all MobilePhone. Sometimes Boss turn on his computer (1hour/day) and looks into HipChat. Boss do not see any unread messages for Him or into any Channel. So no red dots, no messages (mister product owner Isn't it?).

If I want to send to boss EMail message - I do that without HipChat. HipChat is not EMail client - it is messenger and must deliver messages even if person is offline.

My "personal" pain which I feel each day:

• Sometimes some messages sent me at night when my computer is offline
• I open EMAIL client  (look! it is not HipChat! it is EMail client!)
• Search & read messages for me
• Open HipChat
• And... I loose all messages updates in channels, because users do not usually use @here, @all tags. So I miss all night message updates.

Bug is not reproduced in: Slack, WatsApp, Viber, ICQ, Telegramm...

Now we have force push program from management for HipChat replacement, because it does not deliver messages (from Boss point of view).
