Environment

• Mac client

Steps to Reproduce

1. Disable the network from the Mac client
2. Wait for 100-120 seconds
3. Type and send a test message (message would fail as expected)
4. Wait another 30 seconds
5. Type and send another test message

Expected Results

Message was typed and sent

Actual Results

The client freeze when typing a message and was not recoverable.
