      Summary

When resuming from sleep, the Windows client tries to connect repeatedly and fails with several generic "Cannot connect" events in the logs. The only workaround is to quit and restart the client.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Connect to HipChat and put the PC on sleep mode
      2. (optional) Switch networks while on sleep
      3. Resume the PC from sleep after a while

      Expected Behavior

Client connects successfully if network is available

      Actual Behavior

Fails to connect repeatedly and hangs
