Description
Summary
Multiple issue in video/audio call
- User unable to answer the call as the accept button doesn't popup but did get a notification of call and is ringing.
- When user tries to initiate a video/audio call after a previous attempt has been made, it will say the user is already in a session and if the user presses ok it will popup a white video/audio call.
- User status is stuck in On Call
Environment
- Windows 10
- Windows 8
- Windows 7
Step to reproduce
- Open HipChat Windows client 4.0.1625
- Initiate call from user A to B
- After that user B hangup
- User B try to call user A
- When initiating a video call it will say that user b is in a session
- Click yes and the white video/audio window will popup now close it
- From here user B status is change to "On A Call"
- User A call User B
- User B will get notification of incoming call and ringing sound but no accept button
Expected Results
User can make a video/audio call
Actual Results
Multiple issue with video/audio call
- Initiating the audio/video call will popup a notification saying in a session
- Then the white screen popup
- User status is stuck On Call even without any active session
- No Accept button but notification did say have an incoming call and the ringing sound can be heard
Workaround
- Logout/exit completely from HipChat client and re-login.
