    Description

      Summary

      User A call user B but User A can't see or hear User B, but User B can see and hear User A

      Environment

      • Windows 10
      • Have multiple Webcam/Microphone attached
      • Chrome
      • Firefox

      Expected Results

      Users should be able to use vide call as usual

      Actual Results

      Users have issue with video call

      Workaround

      1. Downgrade to 2.2 client http://downloads.hipchat.com.s3.amazonaws.com/windows/HipChat-2.2.1397-win32.msi
