Web app in Linux prevents power management (sleep, lock, suspend) from triggering

Summary

When the Linux client is active, it disables system from going power management such as sleep, suspend.

Environment

• Linux environment
• Web app open in a tab

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable power management from Linux OS
2. Set suspend period
3. Open HipChat in the web browser
4. Wait the OS to suspend

Expected Results

The system enters power saving mode and is suspended.

Actual Results

The system is not suspended

Manually trigger power management tools
