Please add read receipts to HipChat

Can you add a read receipt feature to HipChat? This is very useful when communicating with a team.

Basically, 1 v 1 messaging would indicate the message was read by the recipient. For a chat room with multiple people, the message you send would indicate a number how manty people have read it and when you click that number it shows a list of people who have read it.
