    • Severity 3 - Minor

      Summary

Desktop 4.0 clients are unable to linkify some relatively complex or obscure URLs. These appear to be new examples - previous ones from HCPUB-275 & HCPUB-698 remain clickable.

      Environment

      Mac 4.0.12
      Mac 4.24

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Copy and paste each of the following links into HipChat:
        https://www.google.com/maps/place/Austin,+TX/@30.3079823,-97.8938276,11z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x8644b599a0cc032f:0x5d9b464bd469d57a!8m2!3d30.267153!4d-97.7430608

      Expected Results

      Full URL becomes clickable

      Actual Results

The URL is not or or only partial rendered as a link.

      Notes

The @ symbol appears to be one problem, removing that renders the full URL clickable.
