Windows 4: Ability to change the devices for audio and video in calls is disabled

Summary

After making a 1-1 video call from the Windows 4 client to another user, the caller cannot change the audio / video device through Settings

Environment

• Windows 10 Professional
• HipChat Windows 4.0.1617, 4.0.1619

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to 1-1 conversation to make the video call
2. Click on AddLive and wait for the video call window to appear
3. Click on the cog icon for Settings
4. Try to change the audio / video device

Expected Results

The caller should be able to change the audio / video device respectively

Actual Results

The options are completely disabled as per the following screen shot
