Symptoms
Getting error when trying to access JIRA Agile Release Burndown report using Internet Explorer version 9 - 11. The browser got stuck and the user couldn't do anything.

This problem does not affect other supported browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
Cause
Javascript errors are being caused by a library that is included on the page by Service Desk.
Work around
- Use a different browser.
- If you have Service Desk installed but you are not using it, you can temporarily disable Service Desk to restore access to reports.

New version of Service Desk is available: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.servicedesk/versions#b200030
The version of JIRA Service Desk which contains the fix to this issue has now been made available on Marketplace. It was deployed to JIRA Cloud customers on Monday of this week.

For clarification, this bug will not be fixed in JIRA Agile. Affected users will need to install a newer version of Service Desk which includes the fixed version of the Skate library. JIRA Cloud customers will have to wait until that new version is deployed to their instance.

Actually Service Desk look like they bundle their own Skate, so tshugart is going to figure out what version they are using and service desk may need to upgrade their Skate to fix this.
mtokar I need to make the change in JIRA as that is what defines the version of AUI. Just looked at Service Desk and confirmed that they don't do any AUI version bundling.

This is a bug in the Skate version that was included in AUI 5.6.13. The fixed version is in 5.6.14 but as discussed with jashmore IRL, I recommend upgrading to 5.6.16 (latest from the 5.6.x branch).
jashmore yep, let's first try the version of Service Desk that is in OnDemand, but in a local instance running JIRA 6.3.7.
Then we can bug either someone in SD or someone from Design Platform.
we have the same problem for Jira Agile, all versions above 6.3.11
