      Symptoms

      Getting error when trying to access JIRA Agile Release Burndown report using Internet Explorer version 9 - 11. The browser got stuck and the user couldn't do anything.

      This problem does not affect other supported browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).

      Cause

      Javascript errors are being caused by a library that is included on the page by Service Desk.

      Work around

      • Use a different browser.
      • If you have Service Desk installed but you are not using it, you can temporarily disable Service Desk to restore access to reports.
