Currently Automation in Proforma only allows for the ability to attach a form to a ticket when an issue is transitioned to specific statuses.
It would be pretty helpful to have the ability to submit a form (so that it can no longer be edited) when the issue is transitioned into a specific status. For example, when the issue is transitioned into a closed status also submit the form so that the record is preserved as it is when the issue is closed.
