Proforma forms in the portal should have consistent spacing between fields

      When a Proforma field is attached to a request type, the spacing between the fields is not consistent between the standard Jira fields and the Proforma fields.

      It would be nice if the spacing was consistent to provide a uniform look and feel between them.
