Provide the ability to restrict one Form to an issue

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Currently, Proforma lists all the Forms in 'Add Forms' dropdown while creating a new issue. These forms listed belong to different 'Customer Request Types'.

      It would be great to have the ability for the Project Admin/Jira Admin to restrict one form per Jira issue as per Customer Request type.
