Issue Summary

There are currently no audit logs added for Proforma in Jira default native functionality. Audit logs must be captured during the following action-related proforma to track which users performed what actions. It will be useful for tracking the following actions.

We are looking into how things a logged when using proforma When a user is:
Looking at a form before creation
Viewing information in a form
Creating a ticket from a form
Viewing a form on a ticket after creation
