Add vars for REST calls in Connections

      Problem

      When calling REST APIs for Connections, it is sometimes necessary to provide a parameter in the call whose value derives from a field already specified by the user compiling the form.

      Currently, the REST API URL specified in a Connection is static.

      Solution

      See the fields in the forms as vars that can be used in the REST API URL like {var1} so that the call is more dynamic.

      Workaround

      None is available for ProForma.

      Alternative: use Elements Connect in addition to ProForma, but such dynamic fields will be displayed before the ProForma form.
