Issue Summary

Selecting the Advanced Roadmap fields Target Start and Target End in forms does not work as expected.

This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a form with Target Start and/or Target End ( linked )
2. Set values in the form accordingly and submit
3. Afterwards, attempt to update the Target End value in the form

Expected Results

Values selected in the form are reflected in Jira, along with updates

Actual Results

Target Start is null when submitting the form and Target End ins't updated from its initial value

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

Additional notes
FORMDC-12 indicates ProForma does not support these fields however they are available to be selected when creating and using forms hence this bug report- ideally these fields would work or at least not be able to be selected per FORMDC-12
