Forms date format is not the same as Jira date format

Steps to Reproduce

1. update the jira date format by following this KB  Changing the Date Time Range Picker format to 24h format & Change the time format to 24 hours in Jira
2. Link Jira date time picker custom field to a proforma field
3. Add a date field to a form
4. Load the form
5. The Jira custom field displays in 24hours format but proforma will not load it in 24hors format.

Expected Results

For the date format to match the one used within Jira

Actual Results

Date format is dd/mm/yyyy
