It would be useful to see when a form is added to an issue, when it is submitted, or when it is re-opened in the Jira issue activity/history section. Currently, you can only see the updates in the history/activity when a form field is updated.
This information would be useful to determine when additional requests were added to a customer or agent (without having to tie it to a comment of workflow transition).
