Set Proforma to use jira.date.time.picker setting

      Problem Definition

      Currently Proforma defaults the start of the week as Sunday, regardless of the setting configured for the start of the week within Jira.

      Suggested Solution

      Configure Proforma to query the application property: jira.date.time.picker.use.iso8061(https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v2/api-group-jira-settings/#api-rest-api-2-application-properties-get ) to set the weekStartOfDay for DateTimePicker. Allowing the use of ISO8601 standard in Date Picker, setting from System > UI > Look and Feel > Date Time Formats.

      Workaround

      There is currently no workaround for this.
