Proforma DC does not support Java 17

      As of Jira 9.9, Java 17 support was implemented into Supported Platforms

      Proforma doesn't support Java 17 at this time and this can cause issues due to the mismatch in the version of Java that Jira can work with. Please include support for Java 17 in the Proforma app.
