Ability to add a section into a 2-column layout

      As of today, it is not possible to add a section within a 2-column layout as per design. When trying to do so creating a new section and moving it within a 2-column layout would result in bug FORMDC-63.

      Doing sections with conditions within the layouts would be a big help.

            Description Original: As of today, it is not possible to add a section within a 2-column layout as per design. When trying to do so creating a new section and moving it within a 2-column layout would incur in bug [FORMDC-63|https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/FORMDC-63].
