Issue Summary

When adding a new section into one column of a 2 column layout, if you go to Preview and then back to edit, everything in the form will be cleared.

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. In the form builder add a 2-column layout
2. Add a question in the layout with an option (i.e. a checkbox with 1 as a choice)
3. Add a section and make it conditional based on that question checkbox (label and when 1 is selected - optional, as this happens when using the 'Always' option as well)
4. Drag the section into the layout underneath the question checkbox
5. Go to preview
6. Go back to form builder and everything is cleared out

Expected Results

Nothing is cleared.

Actual Results

The form is cleared out when returning to the Form builder (see attached recordings).

Workaround

1. IF you did not save the changes

Instead of clicking 'Save', hit the 'Close' button without saving the changes.
