Issue Summary

Currently, when a request is created using the Forms, the Date and Time fields are always displayed in the UTC timezone within saved Forms. When the same date/time field is added to Context fields (on the right side of the issue) it displays the date/time based on the user profile. 

Expected Result

Saved Form Date/Time field value should be based on the user profile setting. 

Actual Result

The Date and Time fields are always displayed in UTC timezone within saved Forms.

Workaround

The only workaround is to set the timezone to UTC from profile settings page.
