Issue Summary

When trying to enable Proforma for specific projects it is required to navigate to the entire list of projects as there is no Search feature.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Proforma > Configuration
2. Complete list of projects is displayed.

Expected Results

It would be helpful for large instance with multiple projects to search by Project Name.

Actual Results

A full list of projects is displayed, and it allows to view 50 projects each time, but it is not possible to search by Project Name.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
