A workaround I found which might help someone :

You can copy paste one form at a time from one instance to another

1. Open the form editor
2. Copy the form contents
3. Create a new form in the destination instance
4. Open the form editor and paste

We're on Jira Service Management Data Center 4.21.1 and ProForma 8.5.4-DC.

We're in the process of moving one issue type from our current IT helpdesk into a new production Jira Service Management instance that will be isolated from our current JSM production instance. We would like to move all of our existing issues of that type to the new instance. If we were just using JSM we would be able to just export out those issues and then import them into the new instance. But because we use ProForma forms our only option is to export the whole project from our current instance, import it into a temporary project in the new instance, delete all the issues we don't want then finally move all the leftoever issues into our new project. As I can't guarantee that this will be the only time we might have to do this (although I really hope it will be) it would be nice if there was a way to migrate ProForma forms from one instance to another.
