External User Security completely prevents users from logging into the Focus application.

      Expected Behaviour

      When External User Security is configured with SAML SSO for a user, the user must log in to the Focus product using SAML SSO.

      Current Behaviour

      With Enforced SSO for External User Security, users can't access the Focus application with a 421 Error

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no workaround
