There is no way to specify timeouts on FishEye's SMTP connection

      We should provide a way for customers to configure two timeouts available in the SMTP mail transport:

      mail.smtp.connectiontimeout
mail.smtp.timeout

      Both values default to infinite (i.e. no timeout).

      In the event of a problem, the lack of a timeout can hang the WatchChecker and Notification Manager.
