Scheduled downtime notification

Details

    Description

      It would be great if it were possible to:

      • Create a scheduled downtime banner/message on all pages, not only to have a plain text message in the front page.
      • Send this scheduled downtime notification to all users, or to specific users, or to a mail list (probable issues related to having a mail list: FE-663, CRUC-1625).
