Ability to assign Mail-groups to a Crucible Review for e-mailing

Summary

Currently, users can subscribe to a review individually.

End users are requesting the ability to get notified about reviews or summaries without being listed as a Reviewer.

Suggested solution:

To do this, it would be nice to be able to:

1. Associate a group mailing list or an individual e-mail address to get notified when an event occurs.
2. Or/And, give the ability to subscribe to a list and get notifications periodically; daily, weekly, etc... (similarly to filter subscription in Jira)

Why this is important?

This should help to give users a clearer overview directly on their email inbox.
