Allow bulk actions on multiple repositories from the web interface

Some actions are common to all repositories:

• Disable
• Enable
• Stop
• Start
• Restart
• Delete...

Nowadays these actions can only be triggered one by one using the web interface.

Maybe a checkbox could be added to the left of the repositories names, and buttons or links could be added at the top or at the bottom of the repository list page allowing to execute the same desired action on the checked repositories.
