In the past few weeks I have had to correct two check-in comments so that they referenced the correct issue. In both cases, re-scanning the "Subversion Non-Versioned Properties (revprops)" did not get Fisheye to pick up the change. I had to do a complete re-index to see the change.

I have used the the partial re-scan feature in previous versions of Fisheye and it has worked perfectly. I have upgraded both Fisheye and Subversion since this last worked so its possible the new version of Subversion has something to do with it.

I am running both FishEye and CollabNetSubversion 3.1.0 (subversion 1.7.5) on Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard.
