    Description

In P4 you can commit and then go back and edit a commit description.

In FishEye if you run an Incremental index scan on starting on the revision including that changeset having the description edited, (eg. from DRA-1 to DRA-2) the changeset isn't reflected properly in JIRA. In other words the changeset is in the wrong JIRA issue.

However, if you run a full Re-index the correct changeset is properly reflected in the issue. In other words the changeset moves to the correct JIRA issue.

It takes to long to index some repositories in P4 so this has to get fixed.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Commit a changeset with a description of DRA-1.
      2. Notice the changeset is reflected in DRA-1.
      3. Edit the description of the changeset in P4 to DRA-2.
      4. Run an incremental index starting from that revision having the changeset.
      5. Notice in JIRA the DRA-1 Source tab shows the changeset.
      6. Run a full Re-index.
      7. Notice the changeset is in the proper Source Tab.
