Want to be able to disable fisheye user to reuse it's license for the new developer

      there is no way to disable users in fisheye.

      It is very inconvenient when during some time serveral developers leaving and the new ones are coming. I have to remove old developers' users and lose information about their names, repository user mappings and avatars.

      So, please, add feature to disable fisheye users.
