HG: Store and display the hg rev id number

    Description

      Commit numbers — we should store and display the local integer ids in addition to the global commit hash ids.

      • Show them in the browse revision history, diffs, annotations and activity stream in hg standard format of "rev#":"short hash"
      • Check for consistency elsewhere
