HG: fix LoC for Branches

      (was originally Fix LoC)

      • The LoC count for hg branches is missing the initial LoC when the branch is created (automatically added to svn branches because svn branches are created as copies). See attached screenshot.

      Set this up for HG as we detect a changeset being the first of a new branch.
